A modern take on the traditional Japanese condiment of Shichimi (literal translation: seven flavors). Created to blend seamlessly with Japanese dishes like yakitori, fish, etc, but can also accompany any cuisine (think pasta, mapo tofu, steak). 

Traditional Shichimi is usually made from red chili, hemp seeds, black sesame, sansho, aonori ("green seaweed'), poppy seeds, and dried mandarin peels. 

Sakura Shichimi aims for a fragrant, impactful addition to your dish with a blend of cherry blossom leaves, genkou (Japanese Sour Citrus), ginger, and leaves of sansho pepper--in addition to the traditional Shichimi ingredients of red chili and hemp seeds.
