12cm 4 5/8" Puma lockback folding hunter knife marked Puma Solingen Made in Germany Rostfrei Handarbeit. This one was a little hard to identify but we were able to get some help from Ken Tarpey who
We only sold these knives at trade fairs around 2010. We found the magazines in the attic. The blade is from 230246 Sportec. Didn't quite fit, so there was a difference between the spring and blade back!
The etching is old and neutral without a knife name. There were around 50 pieces and sold quickly. When they were gone, we found another box and used it to make the "Drahthaar" knife, which we only sold at trade fairs.Harald Lauer, who provided this information was the CEO of Puma in Solingen, Germany. He was with the company for 40 years.
Closed length is 4 5/8" and 8 1/2" open
