Florentine Kitchen Knives was founded in 2012 by industrial designer Tomer Botner. In 2016 he was joined by his wife Noam Blumenthal, a fashion designer. The brand started in the neighborhood of Florentin, south-west Tel-Aviv, after which the business takes its name.  In 2018, the first workshop opened in FKK’s new home of Barcelona, Spain. 

We offer knives from the Florentine Four collection in both carbon and stainless steel. Florentine Kitchen Knives orignial design with an oval and curved stacked handle, assembled around a full tang blade and fixed with brass ferrules.Inspired but Eastern, Middle-Eastern and Western knives, the familiar but unique blade shapes are versatile and capable of a wide array of kitchen and prep tools. The Florentine Four collections has been continuously perfected since 2012.
