Sharpening Services
- To speed up the intake process, please create a customer account prior to bringing your knives in. We use customer accounts to manage and process orders.
- No appointment needed for general public. Industry professionals, see the Industry List for information about sharpening for professional use.
- Bring knives loose in a towel wrap, box or plastic bin. Please do not wrap knives individually or use tape as it delays the intake process.
- Please clean your knives prior to bringing them for sharpening. Dirty knives are subject to cleaning fee.
- Turnaround for orders is estimated at 2-3 weeks or more from drop off date depending on our volume of orders on hand. Please wait at least 2-3 weeks from drop off date before contacting us about your order status. Please specify you are checking in on a sharpening order and provide your claim tag number.
- You will receive a pickup notification per the information on your customer account when your order is complete.

Sharpening Services
Rush services are are available at the discretion of sharpeners at intake. Some work like thinning are not available for Rush services.
We offer loaner knives when available on a first cone first serve basis. Please ask for one when you drop off.
Online Orders
Please Review our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Terms of Service before making your purchase.
- Online orders ship on the next Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning after your order is placed. Orders that require extra attention may delayed.
- Orders are shipped using USPS and generally arrive in 3-5 business days for domestic shipments and 7-10 days for international shipment.
- In-store pick up typically take 24 hrs to be filled and are completed in the order in which they are received. You will receive a pick up notification when it is ready.

We are a full-service cutlery shop offering sharpening services, Japanese and Western culinary knives, vintage knives, outdoor, pocket and craft knives, cooking tools and accessories. We also offer knife skills and sharpening classes, and more.
We are proud to serve kitchen professionals, knife enthusiasts and home cooks alike. Located in the Mission District of San Francisco, California.
