Made for the hardware giant E C Simmons under their Keen Kutter brand. Most likely made in New England By Lamson & Goodnow. 

Carbon steel blade has been sharpened in some, it is a little thick behind the edge. Handle is walnut with brass rivets.

This knife was hand forged after being drop forged and then hand ground, a nice example of early 20th century American knife making. 

11 1/4" cutting edge, 1 7/8" wide at heel 16.5" overall 7.2 oz
