Jessica Sullivan has spent the last two decades honing her craft in some of the most respected SF restaurants. After attending California Culinary Academy, Jessica was the pastry chef at Boulevard Restaurant, Prospect, and the Delfina Restaurant Group. While developing Poppy, Jessica has spent time consulting on the pastry programs at Melissa Perillo’s restaurants, Octavia and Frances, and Bi-Rite Market.
