Large Stainless Two-sided Coarse & Fine Oroshigane

This stainless steel oroshigane is both tough and elegant; popular among professionals and serious home cooks. This modern stainless steel tooth design cuts longer than the older styles. The handle style allows for a secure and comfortable grip for heavy work. The double-sided grater provides both a fine and coarse cut. This oroshigane can be used to create a pulpy paste of many different foods, such as daikon, carrots, and ginger.
