Vintage Western official Boy Scouts of America knife in good used condition. These were made by Western Cutlery in Boulder Colorado and while the blade does not have the markings to give an exact date it looks like 70s or early 80s production. 

Blade is carbon steel and handle has a brass guard, vulcanized rubber spacers and jigged imitation bone delrin composite scales with aluminum pommel. Sheath is in great condition for a used knife also.
