"Hon" wasabi means "true" or "authentic" wasabi, and you can taste the pure, fresh pungency with a delicate sweetness in this product. The coarse grating allows you to enjoy the crisp texture and natural flavor and umami of the wasabi.

Use for sushi, sashimi, soba noodles, cold tofu (including black sesame tofu), salad dressings and steak.
