Western Knife Skills Class

In this introductory knife skills class, you will focus on the safest and most efficient cutting techniques. Using the classic chef knife shape, this class will highlight a range of cuts to level up your everyday cooking. We will prepare vegetables for both raw and cooked applications. Students will develop foundational skills applicable to broader food groups, building confidence in their cutting techniques.

Knives, cutting boards, and peelers will be provided. We encourage attendees to wait until after the class to purchase their vegetables for the week, as they will leave with all the vegetables that they process.

Please arrive on time, let us know if you are running late, and save your cocktails for after class!
