A delicious blend of 6 dashis and snow crab from Japan to easily make kani takikomi gohan (crab seasoned rice) at home! Combining 6 dashis (bonito, kombu, anchovies, mackerel, shiitake and crab), you can enjoy the full aromatics and umami of the snow crab with this seasoned rice kit.
Ingredients:Red snow crab, salt, crab extract, soy sauce (wheat, soybean, salt), crab, kombu kelp extract, sugar, dried bonito, ginger, salt, sweet cooking wine, yeast extract, sake (rice, malted rice, ethyl alcohol), kombu kelp, starch syrup, agar, hydrolyzed fish protein, dried sardine, dried bonito extract, fermented seasoning, dried mackerel, dried sardine extract, shiitake mushroom.
How to Cook:
Japanese measure rice by "Gou" units. 1 Gou equals US 3/4 cup.
1. Wash and soak 2 Gou of rice, then drain.
2. Put the rice inside the cooking vessel, along with the seasoning liquid and other ingredients.
3. Add any additional water as needed to fill to the water line of 2 Gou.
4. Cook the rice as normal.
5. Wait 10 minutes until after the rice is done, and mix.
Contents: 246g/bag (Ingredients 140g, Seasoning liquid 106g).
Unopened : Store at room temperature away from heat, high humidity and sunlight.
After opening : Please use up in one meal.
*Please note that in rare cases, crab shells and tendon may be mixed in.
