Traditionally used to make tsukemono and sunomono, but can also be used to make sauerkraut and certain styles of kimchee.

Use the screw press to squeeze out the desired amount of water to make room for flavor absorption. The lid does not fully seal, so liquid will spill if the press is tilted.

Made in Japan of BPA-Free Durable Plastic

Not suitable for dishwasher; hand wash and store dry after use.

Do not use with nuka (rice bran), or citrus.
