Refurbished vintage Pigextra 11" polished stainless butcher's leaf cleaver made with a stainless steel blade and a turned boxwood handle possibly from the 1970s to 90s. PIGEXTRA is still a mystery, no documents found so far but the several cleavers from them seem to be from this era. 

For the uninitiated a Swiss Leaf is a large thin bladed cleaver that is used to finish cuts where joints need separation.
