A flavorful confiture (aka jam) from Ibaraki, Japan made by a famous sake brewery established in 1897. Using their knowledge of koji and sake-brewing, the company has created a beautiful line of jams that are small-batch and contain no preservatives, using the freshest produce from Ibaraki and other Japanese prefectures. 

The jams are made in the traditional method of stewing in copper pots. 

Fukure Mandarins are local to Ibaraki, and are known for their sweetness and tartness, as well as the strong aroma in its peels which are featured in this jam. 

Great on ice cream, toast, and as a base for sauce for protein like pork or chicken.
