Made for use with a rocking motion, these large blades make quick work of mincing meat, herbs and vegetables together. Think of it as a giant single handled mezzaluna or hachoir.
The texture and resulting flavors of food cut with these zirh are distinct, theres a very good reason these have not been entirely replaced by electric grinders in the Middle East. We are really happy to have finally found a source for them.
Please note these are roughly finished, blades often have small rust spots and handles can have small nicks or chips.
