Refurbished K.C. Seelbach 10" Scimitar Stainless Solingen 1925-47

K.C. Seelbach 10" scimitar made in Solingen Germany betwen the 1950s and 60s with walnut or fruitwood handle and nickel rivets. 

Blade was a little thick behind the edge and has been refurbished and thinned with the original style convex ground blade with steep convex behind edge for extra toughness and rapid food release. Handle is nice and solid and provides a great firm comfortable grip. 

KC Seelbach was an American company sourcing chef and butcher knives as well as razors from Solingen Germany from 1925-47 with obvious inturruptions during the war, they were located at 260 West Broadway NY NY.
