Made from eggs that are harvested right near the factory and within 3 days of collection, for a fresh, creamy, umami filled Japanese mayonnaise. 

You may ask, how is this different from the more well-known Japanese mayo brand? Besides the freshness of the eggs mentioned above, our brand uses the whole egg vs just the yolk allowing it to be paired easily with all cuisines. Also, this mayonnaise blends 3 different types of vinegar for a perfect tanginess (white grape vinegar, brown rice vinegar, and wooden-barrel-aged malt vinegar), as opposed to just 1 type. 

For those who are unfamiliar with Japanese mayonnaise- use as a dip for veggies or karaage (or anything fried), for Japanese potato salad, for okonomiyaki, or of course for sushi. Mix with this wasabi oil and you will have your very own wasabi mayo for poke bowls, rolls or dipping with meat.
