A stand for your cutting board that allows for quick drying of your wooden cutting boards. The grooves of various widths on both sides allow for versatile use. Can also hold up lids of pots and pans, including donabes.
Made from hinoki wood harvested in Ibaraki prefecture and then hand-carved and finished by a third-generation craftsman, 85-year-old Tsutomu Nemoto-san. Read Sachi’s blog post about this maker here.
