Sudachi, organically grown in Tokushima Prefecture, yuko citrus, lemon, and sugar are the only ingredients of Organic Sudachi & Blend Spread. This spread will greet you with a nice sweetness with a hint of refreshing citrus aftertaste. It perfectly packed unique flavor profile of Sudachi blended the best parts of it, and packed it all in a jar. This spread is great with toast, scones, and any kinds of bread you have on the table, drizzled over ice cream, mixed into cocktails, and more. It is also a great addition to a charcuterie board! Wow your guests with Japanese inspired cheese plate at your next party. No additives, such as thickening agents, artificial flavors, preservatives, or artificial seasonings, are used. Non-GMO. It’s a new addition to the KANKITSU LABO line-up.
How to use this Organic Sudachi & Blend Spread:
Enjoy it as a spread over bread, scones and muffins, as well as a topping over ice cream and yogurt. It also makes great drinks such as sudachi tea (made by dissolving it in hot water), black tea with a sudachi citrus twist, and various styles of sudachi cocktails. It can also be enjoyed when cooking desserts and sweets. Simply mix it into cake or cookie batter, or use it as a base for ice cream, jelly, and kanten (agar) for a refreshing sudachi-flavored dessert. You can use it as a base for a dessert sauce, too. Perhaps more intriguing is to use the spread with savory dishes. Add it to miso or soy sauce to make a unique Japanese relish. You can even create salad dressings with a refreshing sudachi flavor. Organic Sudachi & Blend Spread is truly a versatile item that brightens up your recipes.
