This oroshigane can be used to create a pulpy paste of many different foods, such as daikon, carrots, and ginger! It's both tough and elegant; popular among professionals and home cooks alike.
The handle allows for a secure and comfortable grip for heavy work and large-scale production with enough surface area on the face to easily work through a few to a lot of inches of product quickly. The double-sided grater provides both a fine and coarse cut. This modern stainless steel tooth design cuts longer than the older styles. This oroshigane can be used to create a pulpy paste of many different foods, such as daikon, carrots, and ginger.
