Plump, juicy, intensely aromatic whole vanilla beans from the foothills of Kumily, Kerala, grown by over 100 smallholder farmers and cured for several months using a family technique passed down through three generations. Each tin holds three beans, ready to be split, scraped and folded into ice cream, cakes, custards and whipped cream, or steeped in vodka for homemade vanilla extract. Save the scraped pods to infuse a jar of sugar.
