Carving set marked Meadow City Cutlery Company Superior in a diamond likely from about 1900 to the 1920's made from carbon steel with stag handles fitted with nickel fittings.
I could not find any information on the maker but it is clearly of Eastern US manufacture, good quality, not top shelf and not low price in it's day either. The logo in a diamond marking has a Russell Green RIver imitation vibe to it.
Set had seen some rust in the past but nothing too heavy and the blade has not been sharpened down much, a bit bonus. Nicely forged and ground blade is a nice feature on the set.
