“What’s in my Basket?” with Kelly Kozak

 Kelly Kozak co-owns Bernal Cutlery with her husband and is a real-life magician's daughter. She oversees development and growth at the knife shop and dreams about boxes of old knives, perogies and Ukranian borscht. Kelly has a master's degree in Food Studies and has worked as a community food educator, food justice advocate and researched food insecure women with children in poverty. She is especially proud of the book selection at Bernal Cutlery, where you will always find a regularly stocked reproduction copy of Upton Sinclair’s The Jungle.
