Bernal Cutlery is proud to offer both unused new-old-stock and refurbished vintage knives. We have been sourcing and refurbishing vintage knives since our beginning in 2005. While very labor-intensive to clean, document, and list, we love how they tell the story of the merger of craft and industrial processes. This story allows food history to be experienced directly, bringing the user into conversation with past craftspeople and cooks.
