Dixon Cutlery was an American import brand that sourced culinary and pocket knives from Europe. This is a classic 1920s French style carving knife with a forged carbon steel blade, flared nickel ferrule, and ebony handle. The blade has been thinned, sharpened, and is ready to get back to work.
