Foster Bros. 12.5" Lambsplitter Carbon Steel Beech S/S Norway USA 1950s?

Interesting Foster Bros. 12.5" lambsplitter with 'S/S Norway' stamped onto handle in ink. This looks like later production Foster Bros and would be consistent with being purchased for the SS France in 1961 and later marked SS Norway when the ship changed hands and was re-named. 

Knife has been used and sharpened little, it had picked up some rust and has been cleaned somewhat lightly leaving the original grind of the blade. Handle has been left alone to avoid risking loosing the SS Norway stamp. Always nice when there is a bit of info to add provenance to a knife.
