Antique Hibbard Spencer & Bartlett pen knife with button hook and mother of pearl scales. A relic of a long gone tight laced fashion and the utensils it necessitated, I think the button hook suggests 1920’s-30’s. HSB operated over a long stretch of time, the sans serif logo on the stamp suggests 20’s-30’s age and not older, but this is a guess.
