Sabatier Breswick Chef au Ritz tranchelard slicer with 9.5" forged stainless steel blade and brass riveted POM handles. 

The handle and blade have the Chef au Ritz logo with a cartoon portrait of Escoffier.

I have little information on the end date of the Sabatier Breswick company but the construction of this knife suggests 1970s. Older ones I have found have a different logo with a less simplified version of Escoffier.
