Important Shipping Procedure Updates - 10.09.2023

We have recently changed our shipping rates and policy in an effort to compete with the new (not so new) standard for free shipping for online retail while staying financially sustainable as a small business with post-COVID shipping cost increases.

Our goal is to reduce our shipping fees without increasing our retail prices across the board and extend the range of our free shipping order value on eligible items while giving the option to each customer for signature confirmation and insurance coverage.

These changes include:

• Orders do not include shipping insurance coverage and signature confirmation on delivery by default. It has been made a selectable addition to the shipping rates.
  
  This means:  The shipping rate with Insurance and Signature confirmation must be selected and paid for to have these included on the shipment. Any order sent without signature confirmation and insurance will be sent at the risk of the buyer. We do not hold any responsibility over packages that go missing, stolen, lost or damaged at the fault of the carrier. We will always been willing but not obligated to help with recovery or resolution. Orders sent with insurance coverage and signature confirmation are eligible for refund or replacement in the same instances. There is no option for signature without insurance or vice versa.
  
  
• Free Shipping on orders over $150 with option for Insurance and Signature
  
  
• Free Shipping with Insurance Coverage and Signature Confirmation included on orders over $500
  
  
• Shipping on non-standard items such as Large and Heavy shipments have also been reduced with the option to add insurance coverage and signature confirmation. These orders are categorized automatically at checkout. 

New Standard Domestic Shipping Rates:

• Up to $150: $8 without Signature & Insurance; $15 with Signature & Insurance
  
  
• $150-$500: Free Shipping without Signature and Insurance; $10 with Signature and Insurance
  
  
• $500 and Up: Free Shipping with Insurance and signature included; option to send without signature and insurance.

International orders, Fedex and UPS selected orders are not currently eligible for signature and insurance options, but we're working on it.
