Forged mirror finished stainless steel and stag 3 pc carving set from Anton Wingen Jr of Solingen Germany from the 1950s to 60s without box
Set includes 8.5" carving knife for meats and a narrow semi flexible 12" ham / smoked salmon knife and a fork.
These are certainly used but have barely been sharpened, and not abused, we found them with a dull factory edge and they have been given a fresh edge and are ready to get to work.
