A solid EDC tool for hard-use utility tasks, the new 431BK-1 Redoubt® variant doubles down on its unrelenting workhorse reputation with a new tanto blade profile for optimal everyday preparedness. This knife is ready to work with CPM-D2 blade steel with a Cobalt Cerakote finish for improved toughness and strength and Ranger Green Grivory handle scales with a Forest Green textured Grivory overlay. Its rugged non-slip grip — bare-handed or with gloves — provides reliability you can feel through the toughest tasks. Available with a black oxide deep carry pocket clip and a straight or serrated tanto blade.

D2 is a high‑carbon, high‑chromium tool steel known for strong wear resistance and semi‑stainless behavior. In knives ~59–61 HRC is common, giving long‑lasting working edges with moderate toughness. It sharpens to a toothy bite and benefits from micro‑bevels to minimize chipping.
