Vintage Friedr Herder Constant series stainless steel 8” serrated round tipped meat slicer made in Solingen, Germany in the 1950’s or 60s These were an excellent hand ground high quality stainless knife for their day and are great examples of mid-century design. Stainless blade with rosewood handle with famous spade rivet marked "Fleiss Schnitt"

Vintage Stainless

Stainless steel began as an experiment at the turn of the century and continued to evolve through the 1970s.
