Vintage Hoffritz forged stainless garde mange knife with wavy 4.25” blade and solid walnut handles with two pins and single rivet, a characteristic Henckels style of handling. Hoffritz was not a manufacturer, they imported a variety of European especially German made products including a lot of Cutlery from Solingen. This looks very much like 1950’s Henckels.
