OmMa Salt

OmMa Clay Baked Salt is a handcrafted sea salt from Jeungdo Island in South Korea, where salt farmers rake it by hand during the hot summer season in an ecological reserve. After harvesting, the salt is sealed in raw clay jars and baked in a clay cave for 12 hours, a traditional process that mellows any harsh bitterness and gives it a milder, rounder flavor than ordinary salt.

Use it as an everyday finishing salt. Start with just a pinch on eggs, avocado, grilled meats, vegetables, or fresh fruit, and adjust from there.
