Griffin Wilson, aka @cabincorn, was rolling out pasta dough and stuffing his own sausages before he was legally allowed to drive.
After attending culinary school, he found himself amidst the bustle and heat of a number of commercial kitchens around the world, including Italy, Central America, Hawaii, and a macrobiotic farm-to-table restaurant in Belgium, to name a few places of further learning, practice, and development.
For the past few years, Griffin has fully removed himself from the restaurant scene, finding solace in the quiet comfort of his own kitchen, in a Sonoma County cabin in Northern California.
