This is a simple and economical tool used as a multiple pasta cutter that consists of a wooden handle, flexible stainless steel structure, and two toothed brass blades adjustable from 22 to 116 mm. Blade diameter 38 mm.
Ideal for tortellini, tortelloni and ravioli.
A handcrafted brass tool that guarantees great quality and a perfect cut of the sheet. Brass will patina slowly with use. This discoloration is natural and the product will continue to be food safe.
