Yuzukararin (Citrus Pepper Condiment) - 35g

Yuzukararin is made with yuzu citrus and chili peppers, giving it a bright fresh acidic yuzu flavor with salty and spicy peppery notes. It’s great in soups, on grilled proteins, and of course on rice, tofu, or noodle dishes, even fruit and desserts. Spread infinitely.

This product is produced and manufactured from Mihara Village in the Kochi Prefecture, a nature rich area famous for its citrus, especially yuzu. Whenever we travel to Japan and get a chance to go to Shikoku, there’s usually two important jobs outside of knife-related stuff; trying to get tired of the locally caught katsuo and stocking up on yuzu.

We are very excited to share a taste of the island vibes from Japan’s least populated island Shikoku.
