Vintage J A Henckels 7.25" Slicer / Kitchen Knife Carbon Cherry 1850-1930?

Antique J A Henckels 7.25" slicer / kitchen knife in very good condition. The carbon steel blade is very full, having only been sharpened a few times, it has seen a small amount of rust leaving scattered shallow shallow pits in several spots but is otherwise super clean. The cherry wood handle is free from cracks or damage and has not shrunk very much at all.

This knife was hand forged after being drop forged and then ground on the old large stone wheels which is shown by the slightly irregular surface.
