12cm Basque style knife, made in Thiers France for Au Sabot with stainless steel blade and bolster with violet wood handle scales. The old style Rosette rivets on the handle have been modified to a simpler pin but still maintains the old design element.

Established in 1870 and still a family run business, Au Sabot makes knives in traditional and original patterns in Thiers France. They utilize a wide range of new and old equipment and Thiers skilled-handwork is the keystone of their production.
