Black walnut bread lame for left handed. Made in the U.S. 2.75 ounces, 7 1/2″ long.

A Lame (pronounced LAHM, meaning “blade” in French) is long thin stick made to hold a metal razor used to score bread before it bakes. 5 double edged razor blades included, as well as a wooden box for safe keeping. Hand wash and dry!

Note: Only for left handed folks. We have a right handed version too!
