Vintage 1950’s “master chef’s set” carving set made by Sabatier Trumpet for Ekco brand to be sold under thier Ancien Maison line of knives. Set includes 12” round tip carving knife, 6” bayonet carving fork and 6” boning knife.

These were top shelf French manufacture of the day, hand forged after being drop forged and hand ground. This set is in excellent condition, the plastic wrap is free from damage as are the original sleeves. Knives have barely been sharpened in and all have fresh edges.
