A unique flavor bomb to add to your chili oil collection, made from Sansho peppers which are difficult to source outside of Japan as well as miso which adds extra umami to any dish. 

Sansho peppers are similar to Szechuan peppercorns in that they also give a slightly tingly numbing sensation, but are different in other ways such as the fact that they are green, are milder than Szechuan peppers, and have notes of citrus. 

Great on tofu, pasta, pizza, eggs, fried rice, udon, pretty much anything.
