Carbon steel and beech boning knife likely from the 1950s or 60s possibly made by Columbia Cutlery co these look a lot like the Foster Bros pattern, most likely made for a sharpening service or wholesaler as they are left unmarked. Columbia took over Foster Bros in the 50s and kept some models in production
