Delicate, flaky, herby, and bright, Wildfish Cannery’s Rockfish in Sumac & Dill is a flavorful whitefish, made for Mediterranean home-cooking or as an affordable sub for crab.
Known for their light, mild, flesh, the name “rockfish” represents a variety of 37 related species throughout the cold waters of Alaska. Their gentle flavor is beautifully elevated by lemony sumac (the main ingredient of za’atar) and fish-friendly dill.
This one is perfect for feasting on potato chips, or forming the saucy base of a bright and delicious squid ink pasta.
