A staple in Japanese refrigerators, enoki is often enjoyed as a "rice condiment"- to put on top of your rice so you can eat bowls and bowls of delicious rice.
There is a phrase in Japanese for rice condiments, "Gohan no Otomo"- literally means "your rice's companion."
This jar of goodness is enoki simmered in soy sauce, and can be enjoyed right out of the jar.
Try it on a bowl of steaming rice, or add to your pasta, tofu, or even pizza.
No artificial flavors or preservatives.
