Unmarked vintage French boucher with hand-forged carbon steel blade and pre-mitre cut, post hand-carved beech wood handle with iron pins.

A simple and ancient design great for a variety of jobs: cutting chops, trimming, the light parts of breaking, etc. The boucher is the French answer to the bullnose butcher knife, a little wider with a tendency to drive a little straighter. The one-piece handle gives a firm secure grip.
