Trade in chefs knife in like-new condition without original packaging. The powder ceratoke'd Nitro-V stainless steel. This knife shows virtually no signs of use and is sold as is to keep prices down. Handle is made from linen micarta and G10 pins.
Nitro-V is a stainless steel that's known for it's hardness and grain refinement in the 58-62 HRc range. It's comparable to AEB-L and 14C28N in it's composition but can get harder than both.
