Lapsang Souchong is also known as "Smoke Tea". It is a black tea from the Fujina province of China, this tea is processed over wood fires (pine or cypress) giving it a robust, rich smoky flavor. Produces a medium bodied cup, reddish amber color. A little goes a long way for flavor.
