Trade In Takayuki 240mm Gyuto Tus Steel Western

Trade in gyuto in great condition without original packaging but with saya. This stamped stainless steel gyuto shows some errant scratch marks but nothing detrimental to the performance and the appearance of the knife is relatively clean. It came to us sharp it's been left as is. It's a steal as a back up beater when you don't want to have to worry about your thinner knives but still want to work precisely.
