"We're running a family business based in Turkey, which was founded as a result of my pasta-making passion and my father's artistic abilities.

He has been running a small handicraft workshop following his retirement (for almost ten years). He makes wooden decorative items and works on custom projects.

Approximately two years ago, I came up with the idea of making patterned pasta boards and ravioli molds. We hadn't expected such a big international interest. We're selling pasta boards to Italians to make Italian pasta"
